We are looking for a visionaryCreative Directorto lead our creative efforts, manage production teams, and work closely on Be-spoke content creation for both the Film Academy and Media Productions.Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Ideation : Develop innovative concepts for film projects, educational content, and social media campaigns. Strategic Direction : Align creative efforts with organizational goals for AAJ Media Productions and AAJ Film Academy. Industry Insight : Stay updated on trends in filmmaking, education, and social media to maintain a competitive edge. Content Creation: Film Academy : Collaborate with the Social Media and Course Development teams to create engaging, high-quality content for educational courses, tutorials, and reels tailored for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Study the Market for the areas where tutorials and classes can be made in. Media Productions : Oversee the creative development of content for AAJ Media Productions, including marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes features. Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media team to continuously develop and execute engaging content strategies forboth Instagram channels(Film Academy and Media Productions). Monitor audience engagement metrics to refine content approaches and ensure growth across platforms. Team Management: Leadership : Lead and mentor a diverse team of production staff, including editors, VFX artists, cinematographers, and content creators. Workflow Management : Establish and oversee efficient production workflows to ensure timely delivery of projects. Team Building : Recruit and nurture talent to expand the organization’s creative capacity. Production Support: Pre-Production : Contribute to concept development, scripting, and production planning for films and educational videos. On-Set Role : Provide creative direction during shoots to ensure the director’s vision is achieved. Post-Production : Oversee editing, color grading, VFX, and sound design processes, ensuring high production standards. Technical Expertise: Work hands-on with industry-standard software like DaVinci Resolve & After Effects to provide technical guidance and support. Troubleshoot creative and technical challenges in editing, VFX, and content creation workflows.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : 7+ years in a senior creative or production role with a robust portfolio of films, educational content, and/or social media projects. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to manage production teams and guide creative projects from ideation to completion. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in editing, color grading, motion graphics, and VFX software. Creativity : A keen eye for visual storytelling, cinematography, and audience engagement. Social Media Savvy : Experience in developing content strategies and campaigns for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with directors, social media teams, and production staff.Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Film, Media, or a related field. Experience working on projects for OTT platforms or high-profile clients.
