Key Responsibilities: Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations : Manage billing, collections, and credit management processes. Team Management : Lead and train a team of AR professionals, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Compliance : Ensure all AR activities comply with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations. Reporting : Maintain accurate aging reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Customer Interaction : Resolve outstanding AR issues by communicating with customers and facility administrators. Month-End Close : Coordinate and assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.Qualifications: Experience : Multiple years in healthcare AR, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Management Skills : Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing multi-facility operations. Technical Skills : Proficiency with AR software (e.g., #eClinicalworks, #eCW) and familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing.
