This includes assisting in procurement activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations across all engineering requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Support: Collaborate with engineers managers to determine material and equipment requirements. Research and evaluate suppliers, comparing pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies. Track orders, manage supplier relationships, and resolve any procurement issues. Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors and procurement records. 2. Documentation Management: Create, organize, and maintain engineering and project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and manuals. Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of project reports, meeting minutes, and technical presentations. Manage document control systems and facilitate the secure sharing of documents. Record keeping and management of all equipment AMC . 3. Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project progress and timelines. Coordinate communication between different departments, ensuring accurate information flow. Support in maintaining project budgets and monitoring expenses. 4. General Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections. Provide general support to the engineering team, including data entry and reporting. Assist with maintaining compliance and quality assurance records.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.Skills: Strong understanding of procurement processes and documentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Familiarity with engineering terminology and technical documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems. Experience with CAD or similar engineering software is a plus.
