Company Overview:Toshali Resorts International is - (A division of TK International Limited), The company is having two prestigious owned properties at Puri (Toshali Sands) & Shimla (Toshali Royal View). The Company is looking for Executive Housekeeper having appropriate qualifications and is ready to undertake following responsibilities. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel or resort. Professional Education: ·Diploma in hotel management or related field. ·Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management. ·Microsoft Office (Word, excel). ·IDS knowledge is a plus. Required Qualifications: ·Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper ·Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operations. ·Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ·Physical fitness to handle demanding workloads and long hours. ·Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. ·Experience of managing housekeeping in a resort or boutique hotel setting. ·Knowledge of various housekeeping software and systems. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: ·Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a large team of housekeeping staff. ·Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient operations. ·Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service. ·Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Operational Excellence : ·Adopt SOP and implement effective housekeeping procedures and standards. ·Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. ·Ensure timely room turnaround and efficient check-in/check-out processes. ·Manage inventory control for linen, cleaning supplies, and other housekeeping materials. ·Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment. Guest Satisfaction: ·Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. ·Resolve guest issues in a timely and effective manner. ·Strive to exceed guest expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. Special Events: ·Coordinate housekeeping operations for large-scale events, such as weddings and conferences. ·Ensure that the property is impeccably clean and prepared for special occasions.
