Who are we looking for:We are looking for a seasoned Head of Corporate Partnerships with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate partnerships, and fundraising within the non-profit sector.Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Develop and implement a robust strategy to identify, target, and acquire partnerships with corporates having extensive CSR budgets. Engage with foundations and organisations to secure funding opportunities. Build customised CSR initiatives for organisations.Networking & Outreach Leverage an extensive personal and professional network to connect with key decision-makers in large organisations and trusts. Represent The Madras Seva Sadan at CSR events, networking forums, and fundraising initiatives to strengthen relationships and generate leads.Leadership & Team Management Recruit, onboard, and lead high-performing teams, including sales and marketing teams. Lead a team responsible for research, outreach, and engagement, ensuring effective communication and sustained relationships with donors and partners. Mentor and guide team members to achieve fundraising goals.Sales & Fundraising Execution Developed customised pitch decks, proposals and reports tailored to potential partners, effectively communicating the organization's mission and the value proposition of proposed initiatives. Build and maintain a database of prospective companies and foundations to target. Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up, engagement, and closure of partnerships.Key Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development roles in the NGO or corporate sector. Proven experience in managing teams focused on fundraising and relationship management. A strong network with corporate leaders, CSR heads, and family trust representatives. Deep understanding of the CSR ecosystem, including compliance, reporting, and program execution. Ability to create and deliver proposals, pitch decks, and presentations. A corporate background or experience working with large corporates is highly preferred.Key Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities. Expertise in managing and mentoring a team.
