Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the performance of multiple kiosks across Eastern India, ensuring operational efficiency and sales growth. Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve sales targets. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring high levels of customer service and brand representation. Monitor inventory levels, product assortment, and visual merchandising to maximize sales. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to optimize product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and initiatives. Conduct regular store visits, performance assessments, and provide coaching to kiosk teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or cosmetics sector. Proven ability to manage multi-location retail operations and drive sales. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
