You’ll be joining our BFSI Recruitment practice of Indusion Consulting in the below sectors: Investment Banking Private Equity & Venture Capital Consumer Finance Wholesale Banking As aRecruiter , you’ll be the magic behind matching top talent with incredible opportunities. It’s all about connecting with clients, headhunting the best candidates, and closing deals that matter. What You’ll Be Doing: Get to know your clients’ requirements and nail down what they need. Head-hunt, research, map, and screen candidates – it’s all about finding the best of the best. Own the full recruitment cycle – from start to finish – and make sure everything runs smoothly. Build business development skills, generate new business, and bring in revenue. Work with clients to understand their staffing needs and help them find the perfect fit. Keep your databases fresh, organized, and up to date. Who We’re Looking For: Experience:6-10 years in recruitment (ideally in BFSI, but we’re open to your skills if you’ve been rocking sales in these sectors!). Education:A post-graduate degree or MBA from a top school is a bonus, but what really matters is your passion and skills. Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. High energy – we want someone who loves the hustle! A solid understanding of recruitment (head-hunting, screening, evaluating). A knack for building and maintaining client relationships.If you’ve got exposure in one of the above sectors OR hardcore sales experience, you’re already ahead of the game.
