Job Description: Sales Manager Location : Jaipur & Dehradun Contact - the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our fintech team. The role involves driving business growth by managing distribution development, building strong relationships with universities/colleges, and ensuring seamless finance penetration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.Key Responsibilities : Distribution Development : Identify and onboard universities/colleges to expand the fintech product’s presence. Strategize and execute plans to build a strong distribution network within the education sector. Relationship Management : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with university/college stakeholders to drive business opportunities. Act as a liaison between the company and educational institutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Business Growth & Finance Penetration : Develop and implement strategies to increase finance penetration in the assigned regions. Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to streamline business processes and enhance product offerings. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client needs effectively. Team Management : Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team and improve productivity. Regular Business Operations : Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets on a regular basis. Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to leadership. Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all business activities.Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or related industries. Strong understanding of financial products and the education sector.Skills and Competencies : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
