The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, billing and computer literacy on a day-to-day basis.Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills Appointment booking and follow-up Billing experience Effective Communication skills Computer Literacy Experience in a similar role is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks High school diploma or equivalent
