Job Location:Ahmedabad(Onsite - 5 days working)Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant who can influence high-value deal closures by ensuring seamless lead qualification, efficient proposal preparation, and strategic alignment with client needs. This role requires expertise in designing custom solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Tatvic's ge-ai, analytics, cloud, and CRO service offerings.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in GA4, GCP, Gen-AIKey Responsibilities Custom Proposals : Prepare high-quality, tailored proposals addressing specific client requirements for custom solutions. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with client objectives. Focus on improving the win rate of custom proposals.Discovery Process : Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Classify opportunities as either reselling or custom solutions and prioritize accordingly. Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.High-Value Deals : Drive engagement for deals with Net PO values greater than Rs. 1 crore, spanning over 2 years. Lead solutioning discussions with prospects and ensure alignment with their strategic goals.Process Optimization : Reduce the average time from discovery call completion to proposal submission. Establish standardized templates and playbooks for efficient proposal development.Collaboration and Alignment : Partner with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to optimize the pre-sales process and ensure consistent outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert for Tatvic’s services, including Gen-ai, analytics, CRO, and cloud solutions.Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a related role, with a strong track record of crafting and winning custom proposals. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals (>Rs. 1 crore) in Martech, Adtech, or analytics services. Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industriesSoft Skills: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration between marketing, sales, and delivery functions.
