Job Description:Exposure in multi union handling & long term settlement Hands on exposure in domestic inquiry & drafting show cause notice. Payroll & Statutory compliances, working exposure on ORACLE billing system. Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations, including managing labor relations and negotiations, handling employee complaints, and providing guidance to management on employee relations issues. Work closely with management and union representatives to develop and implement effective labor agreements and contracts, including negotiating wages, benefits, and working conditions. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to employee relations, including equal opportunity employment laws, wage and hour laws, and health and safety regulations. Provide guidance and advice to management on employee performance, disciplinary action, and employee grievances. Manage and resolve any conflicts between employees, departments, or the company and its employees, using effective communication and problem-solving skills. Develop and conduct training programs for employees and management on issues related to industrial relations, including labor laws and regulations, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and labor unions. Periodical review of manpower strength, right sizing, performance review of all workmen, skill development and promotions, administration of employee participative schemes. Administration of Statutory and non-statutory welfare measures and schemes. Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with in time as per Factory and Labor Laws Ensure harmonious relationship with Government official and surrounding community to improve organization image. Suggesting ER projects. Benchmarking ER & IR philosophies internally and externally. On need basis support unit HR team in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between the workman/ union and management, when required Experience in setting-up, Merger and closure of Plant operations.Qualification: MBA in HR/IR and labor law from A graded institute. 10-15 Years of experience in working in a large manufacturing factory set up.
