Job Summary: The Controller of Examinations will oversee and manage all examination-related processes for Acharya Bangalore B-School, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of the examination system.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and conduct all examinations as per the academic calendar - Develop and implement examination policies and procedures - Ensure the security and confidentiality of examination materials - Coordinate with faculty for question paper setting, evaluation, and result processing - Manage the examination staff and delegate responsibilities effectively - Oversee the preparation and distribution of hall tickets, seating arrangements, and invigilation duties - Conduct post-examination activities including evaluation, result tabulation, and publication - Address examination-related grievances in a timely and fair manner - Maintain accurate records of all examination activities and results - Liaise with the university and other external bodies regarding examination matters - Implement technology solutions to enhance examination processes - Ensure compliance with university regulations and academic integrity standardsQualifications:- Ph.D. degree from a recognized university - Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in higher education - Prior experience in examination management preferred - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using examination management softwareKey Competencies:- Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong ethical standards and commitment to fairness - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing examination norms and technologiesThe Controller of Examinations will report directly to the Principal of Acharya Bangalore B-School and will play a crucial role in maintaining the academic standards of the institution.
