Job Title:Project Planning Manager Reports to:Construction Head - Projects Location:Ashoka Campus, Sonipat, Haryana Experience (in years) : 10 - 12 years Nature of work:Full-time About Ashoka University:and Responsibilities: Budgeting, planning, and monitoring project execution to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. Preparing a master schedule, including time scheduling, material, and resource planning while highlighting critical paths. Day-to-day monitoring and reporting of work progress, resource availability, and project requirements. Cost monitoring and control, preparing and tracking cash flows. Ensuring adherence to work schedules by following up and coordinating with project teams. Interfacing with the procurement team to ensure timely arrangement of goods and services. Preparing and circulating Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and generating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintaining detailed construction records, including photographs and supporting documentation.Soft Skills: Proficient in MSP (Microsoft Project), Primavera, and MS Office, with expertise in Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and ERP systems.Eligibility: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and monitoring.Educational Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
