We are seeking a passionate Marketing/Brand Manager to join our team, focused on community and brand building, organizing impactful events, and driving retail sales growth. We believe in creating meaningful, transformative experiences for our customers by blending the healing power of crystals with elegant designs.Key Responsibilities: Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to grow an engaged and loyal URJA community. Foster meaningful relationships with wellness influencers, healers, and brand advocates. Plan and execute engaging online and offline campaigns to inspire and educate the community.Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events such as healing workshops, live crystal sessions, pop-ups, and brand launches. Collaborate with wellness professionals (e.g., healers, tarot card readers) to host events that resonate with the brand’s audience. Manage event logistics, budgets, and partnerships to ensure smooth execution.Brand Strategy: Work closely with leadership to craft and maintain URJA’s brand identity. Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints, including social media, website, email campaigns, and events. Monitor market trends and customer insights to refine and adapt brand positioning.Retail Expansion: Develop strategies to increase URJA’s retail footprint, including partnerships with wellness centers, boutique stores, and pop-up shops. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target high-potential retail opportunities. Drive in-store marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and boost sales. Oversee merchandising and product placement to maximize visibility and appeal.Content and Campaign Management: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns that highlight URJA’s core values and products. Oversee the production of content for social media, newsletters, and blogs to establish the brand as a thought leader in wellness. Drive customer acquisition through innovative, community-focused initiatives.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics for campaigns, events, and retail sales, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand management, event planning, retail sales, or community building, preferably in lifestyle or wellness sectors. Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies. Proven experience in driving retail sales growth and establishing retail partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.Why Join URJA?
