Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Audit Support: Lead and support external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Collaborate with auditors to address findings and implement corrective measures. SOX Compliance (Desirable): Ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements where applicable. Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Cash Flow Management: Monitor, manage, and forecast cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital management. Cost Control and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive efficiency in financial operations and reporting processes. MIS Reporting: Develop and deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports to key stakeholders. Provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct variance analysis and provide forecasts for financial performance.Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, and IND AS compliance. Proven experience in preparing financials and handling audits.
