If you are passionate about talent acquisition and have experience in the banking or financial services sector, we would love to hear from you!.Identify and attract top talent for a range of roles within the banking sector (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking, compliance, risk management, financial analysts). Conduct candidate searches using job boards, social media, headhunting, networking, and your own database. Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback to candidates and clients, and manage the interview process. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job descriptions, advertising roles, scheduling interviews, conducting negotiations, and making offers. Provide excellent candidate care throughout the process to ensure a positive experience. Guide both clients and candidates through the offer negotiation stage, ensuring alignment on salary, benefits, and employment terms. Ensure timely and successful closures of placements, meeting client and candidate expectations. Key Requirements: Experience : Proven experience in recruitment within the banking, finance, or a related sector. Alternatively, experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its job functions. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to negotiate and influence effectively, with an understanding of the recruitment process. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
