Designation - Executive Location - Vadodara office Qualification - /ICWA inter Experience- 4 to 6 yearsKey Responsibilities : Accounts Payable – Bill Processing : Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation is provided. Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments. Knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) : Ensure proper TDS calculations and deductions as per applicable tax laws. Prepare and file TDS returns on time and maintain accurate records. Address any queries related to TDS from vendors and internal teams. Knowledge of GST : Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. Prepare and process GST-related documents and returns. Support in GST audits and maintain accurate records for GST filings. MSME Compliance Awareness : Understand and implement MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) compliance requirements. Ensure timely payments to MSME vendors in line with applicable regulations. Bank Payment Processing : Manage and process vendor payments through bank channels. Ensure the accuracy of bank details and coordinate with the banking team for payments. Reconcile payment transactions and resolve discrepancies. Skills and Competencies : SAP Knowledge : Proficient in SAP for managing and processing accounts payable functions. Excel Skills : Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills to work with vendors and internal teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Experience : Years of experience in accounts payable, with knowledge of TDS, GST, MSME, and bank payment processing (preferred). Experience in SAP and Excel is mandatory.
