We are committed to delivering excellence through innovation and operational efficiency.Position Overview The Office Admin Officer will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This includes coordinating office operations, managing properties, handling travel logistics, and supporting HR for events and activities. The role also requires good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Manage and supervise 3-4 office boys, delegating tasks effectively. Coordinate courier dispatch and delivery. Property and Asset Management: Maintain and manage office flats and land parcels, ensuring regular upkeep. Conduct weekly visits to properties to check for maintenance issues. Oversee office car maintenance, including servicing, insurance renewals, and addressing any issues promptly. Travel and Logistics: Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, and visa applications for the sales team and senior management. Ensure seamless travel arrangements with attention to detail. Event Coordination: Collaborate with HR for organizing office festivities, events, and programs. Manage decorations and event setup as needed. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and property/car-related tasks. Handle administrative issues promptly and efficiently. Research and Online Tasks: Utilize strong Googling skills to find relevant information, compare vendor options, and handle research-related tasks for office requirements.Key Requirements Education:Graduate from an English-medium background. Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good Googling and research skills for online tasks. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for property visits when required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
