The group has engineering teams in India, UK & USA and production facilities in India & USA.About the Role Responsible for the plant Operations comprising of Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance, Quality Assurance, IR, Commercial, and Project activities. Fix and achieve production, maintenance, quality & dispatch targets. Achieve budgeted production costs which include raw material, power & fuel, manpower, and stores cost. Oversee the production process, drawing up of production schedule. Minimize breakdown by planning and executing proactive maintenance and maintain OEE. Adopt measures of productivity enhancement & continual improvement in the plant. Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment with the help of Engineering Design & Projects Team. Estimate manning requirements and material resources. Effectively utilize the company resources by adopting various innovative ideas of Production, Maintenance, and Installation etc. Ensure optimal utilization of fuel by incorporating best practices. Minimize reworking, rejects, and wastages. Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed. Ensure statutory provisions under various applicable laws are complied with. People Management review performance of subordinates and identify training and recruitment needs of the unit. Monitor & reduce stores inventory & finished goods. Implement Quality Management Systems to deliver defect-free products. Production, manufacturing excellence, and materials procurement Exemplary integrity and work ethics Knowledge of established as well as leading-edge tools and concepts in manufacturing like TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma etc. Skilled in dealing with workmen and good understanding of labour laws, environmental norms/applications. Qualifications B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Instrumentation Engineering. >20Years ,experience in Assembly/Production and 5 years experience in Leadership Role. Preferred Skills Leadership IPR & Communication Planning Analytical Thinking Personal Effectiveness Preference candidate based in NCR region and relevant experience/company.
