Purpose: The Technical Training Manager will play a pivotal role in the Copper Manufacturing industry at Adani, located in Mundra (Gujarat). The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 12 - 16 years of experience in technical training and development Proven track record in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the field of Copper Manufacturing Demonstrated experience in designing and executing technical training programsRoles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic technical training plan aligned with the business objectives and employee development needs Identify training needs through consultation with stakeholders and regular assessment of skill gaps Create engaging training content and materials for both technical and non-technical topics Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and learning objectives Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including classroom instruction, on-the-job coaching, e-learning, and workshops Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making continuous improvements as necessary Manage the budget and resources for technical training activities Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical training and development Provide regular reports and updates on training activities to senior management Mentor and lead a team of technical trainers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementEducation Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Training & Development, etc.) Master's degree or relevant certifications in Training & Development is preferredCertification Required (Optional): Professional certifications in training, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar credentials, are desirableBehavioural Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Passion for continuous learning and development Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Effective team management and mentorship capabilitiesTechnical Skills: Deep understanding of technical training methodologies and best practices Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools Knowledge of Copper Manufacturing processes and industry-specific technical requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant training software
