Job Specification: Human Resource Executive Position Overview The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations and aligns HR initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Employee Relations and Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Organize and manage employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. HR Operations and Administration Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. Prepare and manage HR reports, payroll inputs, and employee documentation (e.g., offer letters, contracts). Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans. Compliance and Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage. Skills and Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail. Key Attributes Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment.
