The ideal candidate will have expertise in pumps, boilers, hydraulic machines, conveyors, compressors, pipeline maintenance (MS, SS, PVC, UPVC), and mechanical equipment handling. The primary responsibility will be to supervise maintenance work and support for improvement in mechanical recycling by modification of mechanical operation in projects with keen observations and suggestions.Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Supervision : Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for pumps, boilers, hydraulic machines, conveyors, compressors, pipelines (MS, SS, PVC, UPVC), and other mechanical equipment. Breakdown Response : Respond promptly to breakdown notifications from process, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime. Equipment Inspection : Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Repair and Troubleshooting:Perform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and components as needed. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems and components. Experience in fabrication work using MS, SS, PVC, UPVC materials. Ability to handle various mechanical equipment with precision and safety. Good communication skills to interact effectively with production staff and management.
