Because when it comes to your baby, only the best will do.Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Copywriter with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills in both English & Hindi, a strong understanding of Trends Spotting & ability to craft compelling and persuasive creative copy that drives action. A proven track record in Copywriting, Ad-Campaigning & Concept Creation, supported by a portfolio.Prior experience in industries such as FMCG, Marketing Agencies, D2C or Service-Based Sectors will be highly preferred. If you are passionate about storytelling, have a flair for creativity, and excel at transforming ideas into engaging narratives, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Creatives with Conceptual Content for various platforms, including digital, print & social media. Write clear, engaging & persuasive copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media as per the Calendar provided. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to deliver cohesive campaigns, and impactful visual content. Develop creative and strategic content for marketing campaigns, branding, and product promotions which can create awareness & visibility of the brand. Collaborate with designers, editors, brand managers, and directors to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Develop and implement creative strategies for brand awareness and visibility. Maintain a high standard of quality while managing a high volume of output when needed. Adapt writing styles to suit different brand voices and target audiences. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video editing, and content creation. Stay active on social media and leverage trends to create engaging and relevant content. Generate spontaneous and impactful copy that resonates with audiences. Ensure consistency and quality across all content outputs. Work on both short-form and long-form content, adapting styles based on platform requirements creating headlines, articulating ideas, and understanding how it plays in any media channel. Must have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a great attitude, and can handle multiple projects concurrently. Conceptualize and execute creative content for various platforms like E-Commerce, Websites, Quick Commerce, and other channels. Present and defend creative work to stakeholders when required.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, Mass-Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).ti 3-4 years of proven experience in copywriting, with a portfolio of work in relatable industries. Exceptional command over languages, with the ability to write for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies. Creative, spontaneous, and innovative mind to think on your feet. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
