Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable reliable, data-driven decisions. Collaborate across HR teams (Talent Management, HR Operations, and L&D) to build a unified analytics framework. 2. Technology & Process Optimization Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Partner with HR and Controllership teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows. 3. Budgeting & Financial Oversight Oversee recruitment budgets, track expenses, and ensure precise financial reporting. Support budget planning and vendor onboarding in collaboration with Controllership. 4. Strategic Insights & Workforce Analytics Analyze workforce data to inform talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. Present complex HR data in actionable formats for leaders and stakeholders to drive decision-making. 5. Process Improvement & Operations Management Continuously enhance talent acquisition processes through feedback and promote positive experiences. Lead end-to-end TA operations, including pre-joining engagement, background verification, and document management.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR MIS/Reporting or similar roles, preferably in fast-paced organizations. Proficiency in HR systems management (e.g., ATS) and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience managing budgets and collaborating with financial teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High integrity in handling confidential information.Why Join Us?
