The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim settlements, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficiently. Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy terms. Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries. Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when required. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlements. Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to management.Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience:Proven experience in handling Non-EB insurance claims. Skills: Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
