In this role, you will be responsible for creating powerful presentations and developing training content to support various projects and initiatives within our organization, primarily aimed at school teachers.Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, messaging requirements, and training needs. ● Develop training content including modules, manuals, and resources for educational programs. ● Utilize MS PowerPoint, AI and tools to design and develop compelling presentations. ● Incorporate multimedia elements, graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal. ● Adapt presentations and training materials to suit different audiences and platforms as needed. ● Coordinating with external vendors to get specialised content created ● Recording training videos to be deployed on the LEAD platform ● Deploy the training material to master trainers ● Support in conducting training as needed.Qualifications: ● Minimum 5 years of experience in training content creation. ● Experience in the education domain is preferred. ● Proficiency in presentation software and other relevant tools for content creation. ● Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and colour. ● Knowledge of AI tools to generate content is a plus. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into visual representations. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
