About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to lead and scale operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a growth startup, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to manage stakeholders across all hierarchies and functions. This role involves driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for rapid growth and market expansion in the Delhi NCR region. Own the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing professionals. Foster internal growth and promote talent from within.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to align on business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency by analyzing and streamlining processes. Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and track key performance metrics. Sales & Market Development: Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capture market share. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and build a strong customer base.Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a funded startup or a high-growth environment. Educational Background: Tier-1 undergraduate/postgraduate degree preferred (e.g., IIT, IIM, ISB, etc.). P&L Management: Proven expertise in managing P&L and driving business growth. Analytical Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Leadership: Experience in managing teams and driving internal promotions over time. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across hierarchy and functions. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales operations in competitive markets.
