Key Responsibilities:Content Development Workshop Design : Develop high-quality content for DEI-related workshops, trainings, webinars and seminars, ensuring that material is interactive, engaging, and tailored to diverse audiences (corporate, nonprofit, academic, etc.). Resource Creation : Prepare comprehensive materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, infographics, and case studies that reflect current DEI trends, research, and best practices. Customise DEI Program Design : Collaborate with the senior team to create and customise programs addressing specific DEI needs, such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, gender intelligence, and accessibility. Content Adaptation : Continuously update and adapt existing DEI content to reflect emerging trends, research findings, and feedback from clients, ensuring all material is relevant and impactful.Project Management Timeline Management : Maintain a high level of organization and time management, ensuring timely delivery of all content and research outputs. Develop detailed project timelines for content creation, research, and data analysis tasks. Client Deliverables : Ensure that all project deliverables meet the ISO 20700 quality standards of Avtarand are completed on time. This includes submitting workshop content, and training materials for internal review and client approval. Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to senior management, team members, and clients regarding the status of ongoing content projects, highlighting any potential challenges and proposing solutions to address them. Impact Measurement : Assist in designing tools to measure the impact of DEI interventions (e.g., pre-, and post-workshop surveys, assessment tools) and track progress over time. Provide insights on program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.Educational Background : Master’s Degreein a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Humanities, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Human Resource Management, or any other related discipline. Specialized Training or Certificationsin Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), research methodologies, or organizational development are highly desirable. Relevant certifications in DEI-related topics from recognized institutions will be an added advantage. Content Development Skills : Coursework or practical experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational content creation, particularly in the areas of DEI, organizational behaviour, or human rights. Preferred but not Required : Additional qualifications or short courses in areas such as social justice, public policy, leadership development, or intercultural communication.
