Job Description

We are a young clinic in Worli, Mumbai, India that specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children between the ages of 2-10 with autism & other developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a full-time ABA therapist to join our team to provide in clinic ABA services. The right candidate must not only possess a genuine passion for working with children but also align with our vision of professional and company growth.Responsibilities: Conduct one on one and/or small group sessions with children using ABA principles Collect & analyze data to evaluate and monitor the child's progress. Make data-based decisions to treatment plans on an on-going basis. Conduct formal language and behavioral assessments for the learners Develop and update the child’s IEP under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Communicate effectively with the child's parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child's progress and address any concerns Collaborate with other team members. Attend regular supervision & training meetings with the BCBA to enhance behavior analytic skillsQualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field Occupational or Speech therapists interested in incorporating ABA in their practice are welcome. Experience working with children on the autism spectrum using principles of ABA preferred Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be motivated to learn the science of Behavior Analysis through readings, discussions, and undergo company training model. Ability to participate in discussions about on-going clinical feedback.
