Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Training Strategy Development Design and execute training strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Identify skill gaps through analysis and develop plans to address them effectively. Ensure training initiatives support both immediate operational needs and long-term organizational growth. 2. Program Design & Delivery Develop and deliver impactful learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and seminars. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design customized training content. Identify and manage external vendors and tools to enhance the training portfolio when necessary. 3. Needs Analysis Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNAs) using surveys, interviews, and performance data. Partner with departmental leaders to address specific team and role-based learning requirements. 4. Performance Management Link training programs to measurable performance enhancements and organizational KPIs. Facilitate leadership development through mentoring, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops. 5. Evaluation & Reporting Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee productivity, engagement, and retention rates. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, insights, and ROI for presentation to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate/MBA It is necessary to speak and write in Bengali. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Trainer (Minimum 2 Years) Hands-on experience designing and delivering corporate training programs. Technical Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Strong proficiency in MS Office and training software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and improve delivery.
