In this role, you will oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L for your accounts while nurturing strategic alliances and enhancing service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Portfolio Management Deliver cost-effective services while maintaining robust infrastructure support. Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth. Manage revenue up to $50M and ensure contract compliance, billing, and customer satisfaction. Staff Development Mentor team members to enhance performance and retention. Set clear goals, provide training, and manage performance when necessary. Additional Duties Lead special projects to enhance service offerings. Ensure adherence to corporate policies and client-specific guidelines.Qualifications Basic Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent experience, 8-10+ years). 5-7+ years of operational leadership in complex organizations. 3+ years managing professional recruiters in client service roles. Preferred : MBA or relevant advanced degree. Certifications (PHR, SPHR, PMI) & expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Strong leadership, consulting, and negotiation skills.Why Randstad?
