J ob descriptionCasa Jaali is a boutique resort on the sea in Patnem, South Goa. It has 10 beautifully appointed rooms and a restaurant with full bar. We are looking for a Bartender / Barista with experience in an international tourist area.Responsibilities As the restaurant is attached to the hotel, the first half of the day is breakfast service, and the bar offers Teas, coffees, fresh juices and smoothies, all made to order. Alcohol is served later in the day, and we have a full sophisticated cocktail menu.The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily managing of the bar, with the help of one assistant. Ordering, prepping and creating cocktails as specials is part of the responsibility of the Bartender.Qualifications Proficiency in English is important as half the year we have mostly international tourists. At least 3 years of experinece behind the bar would be required, as well as a passion for creativity in mixology and a desire to provide top level customer service.
