Collaborate with global finance teams to consolidate financial data and ensure compliance with US GAAP and other international standardsDaily Transactional Accounting: Perform daily transactional accounting in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely data entry.Business Analytics and Insights: Design and implement data-driven tools to support strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Business and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering data, and generating reports to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide valuable insights through data analysis.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business analytics, accounting, or a related field. Certifications:CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) preferred. Experience:Minimum 3-5 years in accounting, financial analysis, business analytics, or reporting, preferably in a global or listed company. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. Experience with accounting and reporting tools such as online QuickBooks. Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS standards. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with global teams.
