Job Description:Account Executive – HRMS SaaS Sales (Outbound Team)Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive with one year of experience in outbound sales, particularly in HRMS SaaS solutions. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Conduct market research to identify new leads and target industries.2. Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Maintain an updated CRM system with all prospect interactions and progress.3. Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos, showcasing the value of the HRMS SaaS platform to potential clients. Address client questions and objections effectively.4. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to position the HRMS solution as a tailored fit. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.5. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to optimize the sales process.6. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager. Analyze sales metrics and feedback to refine outreach strategies.Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1 year of experience inoutbound sales, preferably in HRMS SaaS or B2B technology sales. Strongcommunication and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Familiarity withCRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Understanding of HR processes and software solutions is a plus.
