Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies, including product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences. Identify market opportunities by evaluating trends, consumer behavior, and untapped segments to inform strategic decisions. Define launch plans, timelines, and success metrics to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Align GTM plans with overarching business objectives and category growth targets. 2.Channel Strategy:Scale categories across diverse channels through tailored strategies, partnerships, and targeted campaigns. 3.Competitor Benchmarking:Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain an edge. 4.Consumer Insights:Leverage customer feedback and market data to refine product positioning and enhance user experience. 5.New Product Development:Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities and support the launch of innovative offerings. 6.Collateral Planning:Oversee the creation of impactful marketing assets and packaging aligned with GTM objectives. 7.Budget Management:Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. 8.Performance Analysis : Monitor marketing performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights. 9.Stakeholder Collaboration : Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans. 10.Agency Managemen t: Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality services that support GTM objectives. 11.Revenue Planning and Accountability : Drive revenue growth by planning, tracking, and ensuring accountability for financial performance.Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or a related field from a Tier 1/2 college preferred (Tier 3 acceptable with significant experience) 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, key account management, or a similar role Candidates with experience in baby care or mother care brands are highly preferred
