Here, you’ll be joining a passionate team that’s dedicated to transforming wellness and shaping the future of healthcare.Role DescriptionPrimary Focus:Creating visual and video content that simplifies technical health concepts, making them appealing and easy to understand. This role ensures that brand visuals remain consistent and engaging across all channels.Core Responsibilities: •Graphic Design & Visual Assets: • Develop graphics for social posts, infographics, educational slides, and print materials such as brochures or event flyers. • Collaborate with Content Strategists to create images that complement written content and enhance readability. •Video Production & Editing: • Produce short educational videos, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, and event highlights. • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products, adding basic animations, subtitles, and branding elements. •Brand Consistency & Aesthetics: • Maintain a cohesive visual identity by following brand guidelines (color palette, typography, logo usage). • Update templates, style guides, and visual elements as needed to keep the brand’s look fresh and modern. •Creative Brainstorming & Conceptualization: • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team, offering visual ideas for campaigns and new content formats. • Explore and experiment with different visual styles to communicate complex medical concepts more effectively.Skills & Expertise: •Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and basic animation skills with After Effects a plus. •Aesthetic Sense:Strong visual storytelling ability, understanding of composition, color theory, and typography. •Attention to Detail:Ensuring accuracy in medical-related visuals (labeling, diagrams) and maintaining high production quality.
