This is important to us because we want to think long-term, act sustainably and enrich the future with logistics innovations.Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the entire employee life cycle from hire to retirement. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring exit interviews are conducted, final settlements are processed, and post-employment obligations are fulfilled. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices, including audits, internal compliance checks, and addressing regulatory issues. Manage employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, role changes, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and processing. Manage the preparation and execution of employment contracts, offer letters, and pre-employment checks (background checks, reference checks, etc.). Track employee attendance, working hours, and leave usage using HRIS. Oversee the completion of all compliance-related documentation. Monitor benefits eligibility and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across all systems. Oversee and communicate company leave policies ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.Skills / Work Ex. / Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, etc.) and HR software tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and generate actionable insights for leadership. Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
