The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs on various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The Trainer will provide both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice to help participants gain proficiency in cloud computing skills.Mode of Work - Work from Office Type of work - 3-6 months contract Location - ChandigarhKey Responsibilities: Curriculum Development:Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, and assessments tailored to various experience levels. Training Delivery:Conduct in-person training sessions on cloud computing topics, ensuring content is engaging, clear, and effective. Skill Assessment:Evaluate participants' knowledge and skills through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Industry Updates:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in cloud computing to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Support and Guidance:Provide post-training support and mentoring to help participants apply their new skills in real-world scenarios.Required Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing, including hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Certifications:Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect. Technical Skills:Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, services, and tools (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) are preferred. Training Experience:Prior experience in delivering technical training, including classroom and online environments. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical application.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance. Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
