Key Responsibilities • Extracting in yard report from terminal website and sending. • Follow up with Updation & shifting of TP containers. • Follow up with evacuation of damage containers. • Follow up with back to town contr if any & sending BTT cost incurred • Sending PCR related files to GBS team upon departure of vessels. • Preparing & sending AGW, IAL, EAL, etc. for owned, partner as well Feeders • Active usage of LISA LL in day to day work • Uploading IGM and EGM on icegate, solving errors / queries and ensure files are Timely filing of docs. • Follow up with central planner for prestow and special stowage for CMA operated Vessels. • Close coordination with terminal & closely monitor berth productivity. • Monitor and coordinate internally & externally for smooth loading and discharge IMDG, OOG & Break bulk cargo. • Ensure timely filing of IGM & EGM manual & EDI file, clear errors if any • Updation of all correct PRS reports on time • Follow up with reefer technician for ensuring reefers are loaded within set Temperatures. • Maintaining records and preparing weekly & monthly reports. • Close coordination with partner for smooth discharge & loading of cargoKey performance standards • Timely Updation of reports. • Faster, timely coordination with internally and externally for smooth turnaround of vessels. • PCR within 48 hrs.Requirements and specific skills: • A graduate with 4 years of experience from Shipping Line • Should be good on systems and communication skills (verbal and written). • Should be ready to work in shifts on holiday/weekends for which weekly off Exemption would be grant • Should be ready for field work in-shifts during vessel operations.
