Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Alliances and Partnerships executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for initiating and managing first-level interactions with prospective business partners, identifying potential partnership opportunities, and assessing the right fit for collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities: Prospective Partner Outreach:Initiate contact and establish relationships with potential partners through various communication channels (email, phone, social media, etc.). Initial Engagement:Conduct first-level interactions with prospective partners to understand their business, needs, and potential for collaboration. Research and Identification:Mine and identify potential partners that align with our business strategy and goals. Utilize various tools and resources to research and evaluate prospects. Fit Assessment:Assess the compatibility and potential synergies between our organization and prospective partners. Evaluate their market position, capabilities, and alignment with our objectives. Information Gathering:Gather and document key information about prospective partners to support further engagement and decision-making. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and support communication with the partner. Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, potential partners, and progress towards partnership goals. Relationship Building:Foster and maintain positive relationships with prospective partners, ensuring a professional and favorable impression of our organization.Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience:4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a related role. Experience in a similar industry is a plus.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential partners. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
