We offer a wide range of services for Expats in India with a focus on providing bespoke and end-to-end relocation and consulting services to multinational clients and their employees.Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our business, offering excellent customer service, and delivering effective sales strategies to ensure company growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, CRM status Respond to customer inquiries, providing product knowledge and tailored solutions. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services. Customize offers and solutions to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including interactions and transactions. Work with customer service and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale customer service and product delivery. Handle administrative duties related to the sales process, including order processing, invoicing, and contract management. Ensure timely follow-up with customers on post-sale issues and feedback. Make LinkedIn / Social media connections or calling to set up an appointment with keys holders of an organization.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or a related field (1+ years preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
