Collaborating with multi-functional teams, you’ll streamline data workflows, optimize performance, and ensure seamless data integration across the enterprise. This opportunity is ideal for a meticulous, problem-solving professional passionate about building innovative, cloud-based data solutions to support business growth.Duties and Responsibilities: Write high-quality, maintainable code for AI/ML applications following industry best practices. Participate actively in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and encourage team collaboration. Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using innovative technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure Pipelines Architect, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for data science, machine learning, and AI analytics using tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure Pipelines. Build and maintain end-to-end data science pipelines, including data ingestion, preparation, model training, and deployment. Ensure workflows are optimized for performance, scalability, and reproducibility across large datasets. Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, NLP, and other AI-driven solutions. Optimize models for accuracy, interpretability, and efficiency. Write high-quality, maintainable code for AI/ML applications following industry best practices. Participate actively in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and encourage team collaboration. Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, translate business problems into machine learning solutions, and drive measurable value through advanced analytics. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in AI models, data pipelines, and applications. Implement solutions to optimize model training, query performance, and system efficiency. Ensure all AI solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards, implementing robust mechanisms to monitor and enforce model accuracy, fairness, and ethical AI principles. Provide ongoing support for deployed AI and data systems, including monitoring, debugging, and retraining models to maintain stability and performance in production environments. Collaborate with the data architecture team to align AI solutions with enterprise strategies and ensure proper implementation of data science best practices, including model versioning and tracking. Maintain comprehensive documentation for ML models, workflows, and technical processes. Encourage collaborative learning by developing and maintaining resources that enhance team expertise in AI and data science. Stay informed about advancements in machine learning, AI, and Azure technologies. Proactively propose innovative approaches, such as generative AI, deep learning, or automated ML (AutoML), to improve systems and workflows.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in AI/ML engineering will also be considered. Hands-on experience with Azure AI tools, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure Pipelines. Strong understanding of machine learning principles and MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Demonstrable experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including data preparation, model development, testing, and optimization across diverse data sources. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop advanced models and extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid focus on accuracy, quality, and ethical AI, with a dedication to continuous improvement and fairness in model development. Proactive in learning and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies such as NLP, generative AI, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
