The role involves managing relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and other key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The ASM will oversee sales activities, support marketing initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction in their region.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Surgical Robot within the assigned region. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Regularly review and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.Order to Remittance Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the order mature into sales within the committed time. Co-operate with sales admin team to ensure the LC guidelines and PI are provided in time. Co-operate with customer, site solution and sales admin team to provide clean LC and final delivery authorization in a timely manner.Account Receivable Accountability and ownership to ensure that account receivables from strategic account to SSI is in good control. Co-operate with services and help recover service receivables in time.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals with all key stakeholders (hospital top management, procurement team, biomedical team, surgeon etc) who will ensure the complete sales cycle. Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions based on the features and benefits of Surgical Robot. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for the customers.Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitors, and new developments in the Surgical robotic industry to stay ahead of market demands. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key opportunities. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company’s products with follow-up on the enquiries.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory in CRM.Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales, preferably with a proven track record of success. Experience in selling capital Medical devices or surgical portfolio products.Skills : Ability to handle large contracts from commercial, legal, risks and execution standpoint. Ability to work with key stakeholders as well as cross functional team. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers. In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including product knowledge, regulations, and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
