Position Overview: At Lenity Health, We are looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a tech lead, you should be comfortable with both full stack coding languages and development frameworks. You should also be a team player with a knack for creative problem-solving. CTC Range: 45-50 LPA (Based on interview experience) + ESOPsKey Responsibilities: Guide development team in adopting best practices and coding standards. Make key technical decisions, such as selecting frameworks and tools. Break down initiatives into manageable tasks and assign them to team members. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Conduct code reviews for quality assurance. Implement and monitor testing strategies. Mentor junior developers and foster a learning culture. Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant innovations. Desired Experience: 6+ years of Software Engineering work experience in software companies / Startups. A bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
