We offer low-cost domain registration, complimentary features, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.We are seeking enthusiastic Accounts Executives with a CPA qualification or at least two cleared CPA subjects to join our finance team in Pune, India. If you are a dedicated professional with a strong accounting background and a vision for a long-term career, we’d love to have you on board!Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Process: Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting. Pass journal entries, including adjustments, accruals, and provisions. Analyze and reconcile account balances. 2. Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Reconcile payment gateway receipts to ensure accuracy. Audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. 3. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments. Maintain vendor payment schedules and accurate records. Conduct vendor account reconciliations and address any issues. 4. Accounts Receivable & Billing: Issue and manage customer sales invoices. Monitor receivables and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Maintain and organize accurate financial records. Assist in internal and external audits. 6. Operational & Ad-Hoc Activities: Support daily financial operations essential for business continuity. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the team. Prepare financial reports and insights to support business decisions.Must-Have Qualifications: CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Learning attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
