Role & Responsibilities :Conceptualize & lead the L&D programs, including the on-boarding, self-directed learning, leadership development, succession planning, career progression and coaching, e-learning content etc. FinTech/Paymemts Domain experience required. Work with functional stakeholders to develop and execute a learning culture through an aligned L&D vision. Assess new training development needs across the organization. In addition, support the development, re-design and implementation of existing and new training materials. Drive excellence in onboarding, continually looking to support regional/central new hires and managers and ensure the onboarding experience is enhanced. Design and promote e-learning strategy/LMS in the system along with collaboration with the Group Promote and drive the culture of “Learning on the Go” Responsible for updating training roadmap and ensuring execution against training priorities Continuously evaluate current training curriculums (through surveys, observation and internal/external feedback) and recommend necessary changes/adjustments Advocacy of wider learning across content, promoting the sharing of knowledge and learning across the organization (e.g. through brown bag sessions) Measures, monitors and analyzes L&D progress through metrics dashboard & framework and regularly reports to management teams Help to drive and execute organization-wide change management & OD initiatives. Represent L&D function in various internal forums. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs through people interventions Facilitate training program and knowledge sharing sessions within the organization Manage the training calendar and track training budget for the organization Manage formal and information communications for L&D team interventions to drive awareness, adoption and attendanceEligibility:-Experience: 5+ years Great at communication, Active listener, presentation, and public speaking skills.
