With the real estate industry on the threshold of tremendous growth over the next 20 years, NK Realtors with its rich history, brand & structure gives the perfect opportunity to grow your career.Job Responsibility :Based on the Project details, conceptualizing and preparing Multiple Ad Creatives / aesthetic and effective visual designs , layouts, & Adaptations (Static, GIF, Image Based Videos ads, etc.) Multiple Landing Pages or website artworks, graphic materials, photography, project communication tag lines as per Strategy document (Including Design & Development) Scheduling and evaluating the performances of countless marketing campaigns for the organization; Current Ad Accounts Audit & Ads optimization; Strategy deck based on Hyperlocal data and freeze versions Set up of New Assets under each of the interfaces (Eg: Google, Meta, YouTube, Linkedln, etc.) Setting up new ads as per the strategy Design and creative execution for mid-campaign strategy changes (Real-time) Landing Pages Optimizations (Including new landing pages' design & development) -Leads feedback audit Performance campaign strategy, plan, creatives, set up and execution - Social profiling to be done for every site visit completed Develop social media accounts and create social media content to generate traffic/ interest, action, and response. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsSkills & Qualification:-2 to 6 years of prior experience in similar role in marketing / branding will be preferred Knowledge of all industry-standard software, design & editing platforms (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and AdWords, After Effects). Any other software can be a bonus. Knowledge in SEO, SEM, PPC Experience with both digital marketing and traditional marketing software: Salesforce, Email Marketing, Google AdWords preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to analyze data and trends to occur compelling insights and profitable opportunities. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Competencies: - Excellent communication skills, Smart & Presentable, Creativity, Honesty and integrity. Ability to analyze market trends, social media trends, creative designining, and evolving consumer psychology to drive marketing initiatives consistently by keeping ahead of the competition.
