Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards. Production Oversight:Oversee the entire production process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality expectations. Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure all products meet the brand’s standards before hitting the shelves. Inventory Planning:Collaborate with the design and sales teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory efficiently. Market Trends:Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring competitive advantages to Black Buck's production processes.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in merchandising within the fashion industry. A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion trends and quality standards. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in merchandising software and tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
