Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards Ensure guest satisfaction in food, beverages served. Responsible for the cost and inventory Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipments Provide training and professional development opportunities for the support kitchen staff Experience 6-8+ years of culinary or kitchen experience expertise specifically in continental and South Indian cuisine Reasonable knowledge in South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
