Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to Windows Servers. Manage server backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications. Document system configurations, procedures, and change management records. Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead 1-2 junior team membersQualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Certified in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Minimum 3+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Strong knowledge of networking and cloud services. Flexibility with work time as we support multiple geographies from India. Hunger for learning new things.
